Held in a beautiful, creative and intimate space at the Amina Malik Gallery, you are invited to join me for a 2-hour well-women’s circle. We will be using different healing medicines such as guided meditations, breathwork, movement medicine, and sounds healing all to take you to a place of deep relaxation and healing whilst being amongst a supportive community of sisters.

Friday 22nd October 7.30pm-9.00pm.
The group sound bath is held in a safe, intimate and healing atmosphere. The session combines the healing harmonies of the instruments and gentle guided meditation to transition you to a higher state of consciousness. The sounds will be your medium to reach blissful inner stillness. Nothing is expected of you, simply surrender yourself to the sounds as they bring deep relaxation and healing nourishment to your body, mind and soul.

It is a gathering of women for women. It is open to women of all ages, life-experiences, backgrounds. It is a safe and supportive space for camaraderie, to celebrate the highs of life, commemorate the low ones, and generally strengthen the bonds of sisterhood through conversation and shared experiences.
Bring a yoga mat to lie on, a cushion for sitting/reclining and a blanket. Wear cosy clothing- some nice cosy socks if the day is cold! Drinks and snacks are available but you may also wish to bring your own. Bringing a journal and pen is always a good idea and you are most welcome to bring one (any) item to add to the circle space- almost like your signature. e.g. a flower, a ribbon, a photo etc.
We will have fun and have different activities happening. You are welcome to join in or sit out on particular activities that you might not feel aligned to. Some of our activities might include:
-movement medicine e.g. tai-chi, hatha yoga, guided-dance.
A Sound Bath is a sound meditation. You will be invited to lie down and be bathed in rich and luxurious sounds that take you on an inward journey where many people experience deep relaxation, inspiration and clarity.
You will need to bring a yoga mat to lie on, a small pillow to keep your neck and head comfortable and a blanket to keep you warm. You may also wish to bring an eye-pillow.
Not necessarily. I advertise each one very clearly so clients know what to expect. Some might be very passive, where you simply lie and receive the sounds for deep relaxation. Others might have active elements to them such as some group chanting at the start to open up the body’s energy centres and others may have elements of yoga such as a Yoga Nidra.
